HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE ORDERS?
All our products are print-on-demand and customizable, meaning your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their products around 15-30 business days after placing the orders.
You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.
We typically take about 5-14 business days to make and ship out your product, depending on the type of product.
The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products group is as below (not including shipping time):
Clothing (Full Prints/3D Printing): 7-10 business days
Home Sets: 7-10 business days
Footwear: 10-12 business days
Bags & Handbags: 7-10 business days
Car accessories + Accessories: 5-7 business days
Standard Shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, and Express Shipping takes 5-10 days (not including production time). Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: the courier.

* All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. This can cause shipping to take up to 40-50 days (except the Express Shipping).

HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We ship international orders through DHL Express, FedEx (Express Shipping), DHL eCommerce, USPS, YUN Express, 4PX and China Post (Standard Shipping). You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Insurance is not mandatory, but we offer you to choose Insurance if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (are more likely to be stolen).
* Please note that shipping to some special locations or remote areas may be charged higher shipping costs. The heavier items (if you purchase more than 2 homewares products in one order) may be charged a higher rate.
Below cases will be considered for re-ship:
The customer didn’t provide us with the correct address, and the carrier failed to deliver the parcel.
The carrier cannot contact customers for delivery several times.
The parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and from there we will re-ship once we receive the correct shipping information from the customer. Re-shipping cost will be $14.95 and can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered.
HOW CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after 14 days since your order has been placed. The tracking number can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose the parcels due to this sensitive situation. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, or if the tracking number shows no movement for a week, please contact our Customer Support Team for checking as soon as possible.
CAN I SHIP THE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR MILITARY APO/ FPO/DPO?
If customers provide the PO Box addresses, the packages are delivered by USPS only (standard shipping). Please note that customers need to be aware to pick up at the local Post Office. We are not responsible for losing any package using PO Box.
At present, we are sorry that we haven’t had any shipping method to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
VAT TAXES WILL BE CHARGED? WHAT IS A CUSTOMS INVOICE?
We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver. The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Please don't be surprised if an invoice with prices differs from the price you bought in the parcel because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance.
